Glamping in the forest, offering cabins for rent with views of the stars, private kitchens, and all amenities.

Identified problems
- The website consisted of a single page.
- No booking system (bookings were made via a feedback form).
- Severely outdated UI and inconvenient UX.
- Unstructured offers.

Implementation
Competitor analysis
A pool of offers in the region was compiled in the price category, and the strengths and weaknesses of each were identified.
Unique offer
Were identified based on competitors' offers and Terruar's strengths.
Design
A design system was developed, compiled in Figma, and provided to all glamping employees.
Development
The resulting design was transferred to the web. Forms and analytics systems were configured, and media was optimized. Connected booking module
Testing
Checking the website's responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and the functioning of forms and the booking module.

Complexities
Website builder
The main complexity for me, as a developer, was the need to stay on the website builder. This system imposed a lot of complications on the design processes, for example, the inability to influence server logic.
To solve this problem, the server-side
business logicwas published on Cloudflare and connected to the new static site viaREST API.
Results In 4 months
Search engines
Growth in traffic from search engines increased 8.5 times!

Engagement
A 43% increase in content engagement rate and a 1.5-fold increase in the number of returning users.
Bounce reduction
The analytics system shows a double reduction in the bounce rate.
Additional work
- Created a weather widget
- Implemented live streaming from cameras on the glamping site with recordings stored in Cloudflare KV storage
- Developed seasonal logic to automatically hide unavailable services
